Good service. Staffs were so friendly and kind. But the security guard some how try to resend us without doing our works but when I go and ask from staff they ready to do. This location is near the o the flyover and you can park your vehicle under the flyover. You can get your services as soon as possible compared to other banks. ATM also available there.

One of of worst branch. Staffs are irresponsible and don’t care the customers at all. Disgusting. I do not like their seating arrangements too. Better to avoid this branch guys.

I went there to close my savings account and ended up waiting in line for an hour and then another 20 minutes at the counter. After all that, I submitted my request letter only to be told they couldn’t process it due to a system error. When I asked if the error had just occurred, they admitted it had been down for hours. In the end, they told me to visit the Bambalapitiya branch, where my account is held, but by then it was already 3:30 PM and that branch had closed at 3. A complete waste of time and extremely poor service.

Worst branch ever come across. Branch staff are like zombies. My account is with Dehiwala branch and they said there's never an account with them. Wasted more than 2 hours and 3 zombies attened and final answer was like I'm a lunatic asking for an account never existed. Went to Mt Lavenia branch and they took just 10 minutes and gave all the details of my account status.

I called the branch for some information regarding my current account, the call was transferred 3 times. The 3rd representative after listening to my query asked me hold down and was talking some other person for more than 3 minutes. Very cheap
