Although it's bit crowded, the service is very good. The manager is very kind and helpful. Staff are also very attentive and helpful. Fixed deposits give you+0.5/- present than other banks. But situated at conjusted place and no parking available.
The worst service ever. No proper customer service. I had wait on the call for 8 minutes they just transfer the calls to person to person but no one answered. Finally the call is disconnected. One of the worst bank in Sri Lanka. Think a lot before using their services.
ATM was out of service in weekends , last time card was stuck inside machine for no reason. no security guy around and contact phone not working. usually NDB ATM machine is the dirtiest , feel like wash hands after using it
Poor cx facilities I was visited previously 2 months no lights in CDM machine very dark in 730pm 3 months no lights no safety how can they provide the cx service
Poor service....the credit officer promised to call back for feed back on my account transaction and never received a call. Never recommend....
