Hej, Today myself and wife went to reopen a nordea bank account for both of us. Clara and one old gentleman given us a tremendous service. These two staff are value for the company. So kindly appreciate their excellent service. 👏👏👏👍👍👍❤️. ( We both not satisfied the other staff attitude in that moment as well 24 Feb 2026 - 2 PM ). Thanks.

Terrifying service! Many issues with them and the last one. I called them to get a new card but I did not say that I wanted to cancel my old one but they did, no card for somedays if will get the card in time! Incredible

I scheduled a meeting with an advisor, but was told the meeting had been cancelled for no reason by them at a very short notice. I prepared documents to talk with my advisor but they never showed up. The staff had no clue and couldn’t find them either. The staff asked me to call Nordea customer service to help him. No one could answer what documents should I bring, or how long it takes to handle my case, or why my meeting was cancelled. I understand it takes time, but I don’t understand their weird behaviour. Is Nordea run by unprofessionals?

Worst service ever I seen without job contract they will not give the account in nordea, what a pathetic system. How the common people especially immigrants deal with normal payments and survival here. So bad approach towards customers Never ever recommended

You have to book an appointment to open a bank account. This is stated nowhere on the website, actually on the website it says --> if you don't have a bank ID --> visit a branch. Bad experience.
