Representative assistance is great. Friendly and understanding. Only thing is to leave a last star is just the longer time for appointments. Otherwise, overall it was good.

After reading reviews, I was scared to visit this office. However on my 1st visit, I managed to get an appointment for opening a bank account after waiting for approximately 1.5 hours with a token. On the actual day of account opening, the process was smooth and fast. However, my scheduled appointment was at 10am and i was taken to the counter at 10.30 after waiting for 30 minutes. Eva Jansson Mbonyimana was kind and sweet. She managed everything in around 20 minutes and I got my account number instantly. Now I have scheduled another appointment to update my personnummer and create Bank ID. Hopefully they won’t make me wait!! Overall satisfied with their services

Located on the lower level of PK Huset, right next to Systembolaget. I visited on a Tuesday morning around 10:30. Upon arrival, I took a queue ticket at the front desk and waited for about 20 minutes. The staff at desk 1 was kind and helpful, and efficiently assisted me in getting my Bank ID set up. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience.

Filippa is amazing. Even though she worked as a greeter, helper (sorry if these are not the proper titles), she helped me open a Swish instantly and answered all my questions effectively making me have a very pleasant and comfortable time in this Nordea branch. She speaks perfect English, is very professional but at the same time has a super friendly and understanding attitude. Her non-verbal communication is out of this world: Always smiled while talking and made sure I saw her understanding everything I said. Her problem solving skills are immaculate and sharp. This is my second time in Nordea when i have received astonishingly good customer service. I'm very happy to be treated this way every time I visit this branch. Opening an account via Nordea was the best banking decision I've made so far in Sweden.
