I am writing to you following my visit to your LCL branch in Lyon on December 9, 2025, to open a personal bank account. I would like to state from the outset that the assistance I received from the advisor was entirely satisfactory. However, I was particularly surprised by the behavior of the branch manager. Indeed, upon my arrival, although we clearly passed each other in the corridor, he offered no greeting, no words, and showed no sign of consideration whatsoever, despite clearly being aware of my presence.
