Recurring disappointment: High cost and limited services for a brick-and-mortar bank. My experience with this bank has always been frustrating and has never been satisfactory, despite several attempts. I even had an account there for several years, but I was eventually forced to close it. The monthly account maintenance fee was excessive and clearly drove me away. I simply see no point in staying with a brick-and-mortar bank that offers fewer services than an online bank like Boursorama, and at a much higher cost. This institution unfortunately does not justify its fees.

Since leaving Lyon in 2023, I haven't changed agencies because my advisor is fantastic. A special shout-out to Ms. DJEBALI; she always finds solutions for me.
