The branch staff were attentive to the customer. Unfortunately, it's a national bank, and the local branch seems ill-equipped to address customer complaints. Therefore, I advise against this bank, given that everything is managed at headquarters, where they do as they please, without any regard for the feelings of their customers, whom they treat like objects.
