Personally, I'd like everyone to have their own phone number because it's annoying when you call Trappes and you find all the banks in the area but not mine, and it really drives me crazy. Something needs to be done; when you call Trappes, I'd be very happy to reach my bank. It's unpleasant; we're bothering the other banks.
