I almost never go to my branch. However, I appreciate Ms. Rojda Sahin's availability. We communicate by email for any questions and, if necessary, to schedule phone appointments. I would like to point out that the document I received regarding account maintenance fees is completely unclear. It would be helpful to provide a clearer breakdown of the expenses.
0/20: Absolutely avoid this company; after three calls, an advisor finally answers; no call back from the branch manager; a complete waste of time. Strongly discouraged.
