First thing first when I entered the branch the security guard ask for the face mask and at the same moment the branch manager was also entering without mask when I ask the security personnel the resonse was he is the branch manager which for me was very lame. Next thing upon arrival I asked the BM that I don't the cheque book and looking to withdraw cash which we were denied and options provided also the best part was the ATM was also of cash. I will not recommend anyone to visit the branch as the BM him self is very incompetent.
