UBL provides good internet transaction facility. Customer service is good. But their ATMs are out of service most of the the times because maintenance standard is poor.

UBL officially have so many positive things Also omni make easy the banking life but few agents they cannot provide the satisfied service to customers. UBL should have appoint merit basis staff not parchi system and provide good and complete training to his staff until staff should have ability to resolve the matter(s).
