I do not recommend Descartes Bank. In particular, one advisor, Ms. R, who was very good at first, but her service deteriorated over time. We asked to cancel an insurance policy, and two months later, we were still being charged. Even with proof of vehicle disposal to cancel this insurance, we were not reimbursed.

A Banque Populaire customer for several years, I made the decision to change banks: Moody, inhuman staff born with a silver spoon in their mouth, charge enormous fees and sometimes for no valid reason (and impossible to know why!), do not understand customers and the fact that, yes, the French can be in financial difficulty and send threatening letters as soon as possible for no valid reason (the last receipt: the refusal of a payment of a check which means that I no longer have the right to use a checkbook for 5 years with an amount to be paid while the writing of my check on my account was made the day the letter was sent, with sufficient funds in my account...) In short, a very bad experience which means that now I am not at all confident with banks.
