Hello, I confirm the previous reviews. The advisors keep coming and going, and they're also unfairly aggressive. I'm tied to this bank for the next 20 years because their mortgage was unbeatable in 2019 (1.15% over 25 years!). As for the rest, there's been a proliferation of bank fees, and no proactive effort to make myself appreciated... I've ended up returning all my payment methods, keeping only the bare minimum to continue repaying this loan. So overall, the financial services are excellent, the banking services are disastrous, and the customer relations are best avoided at all costs!!! Enjoy
