As a member for 25 years, I am particularly satisfied with the Banque Populaire Val de France Poitiers Grand Sud branch. At each appointment, I am always very well received by my advisor who provides me with the best possible information on managing my accounts.

I've been a BP customer for over 10 years, 7 of them at this branch. I've never had a problem with any advisor… until a certain advisor (who proclaims himself the "savior" of the Poitiers Sud branch 🤣) was assigned to me. I was forced to change banks, not entirely, but partly because of his attitude. Arrogant and unresponsive, he openly criticized my previous advisor and then passed judgment on my personal choices. He even took it upon himself to act as a career advisor, going so far as to look for job offers for me during our appointments—which is neither his role nor something I requested. This inappropriate and out-of-place behavior has completely tarnished the branch's image in my eyes.

Excellent agency, Mr. Vincent Ducluzeau is a very good advisor, always attentive and very responsive.

I have had several appointments with Ms. Fathi. She has been my financial advisor for 2 years and I have always received impeccable follow-up. She responds perfectly to all my requests and knows her job in addition to being responsive. She is a very friendly advisor and listens to her clients. I am very proud to be part of this bank!!!
