I would like to thank Lilia for her excellent work with us. She helped us and explained everything that was written in the documents, and most importantly, she was very calm in responding to our questions and reacted appropriately to our imperfect command of English. I would like to see more consultants like her in the departments. Thank you.

Wasted my time because you have “hours might differ” today and you are actually closed. Only day i could make it this week because of work. At least update Google’s info guys…

Not open on weekends. Drove into town to lodge a cheque at their single outdoor ATM this Saturday, only to find the lodgement function is broken and there's a sign saying use another BOI machine to lodge cheques. It would be nice if there was another machine to use, but no.

Had trouble with online services but a Lovely young woman named Aoife D made the process very easy and really helped. Wouldn’t have been able to solve issue without her and she was very pleasant the whole time!!
