It's been over a month since they've been able to open a bank account for me. Do they have absolutely no interest in attracting new clients or what? And there's absolutely impossible to open account online. Finally they opened account after 2 months. That's the worst bank ever. I logged in to mobile banking to see my card pin, was refused and then my mobile banking was blocked😂😂😂 that's insane, how to use that, that's really awful. At Normal banks you can create you're own pin code, at boi you can't even see what's your pin code And I tried call support - it's so awful so I can't even connect with representative. Okay, nevermind, I will not spend my life anymore for visiting branch or calling support. It's so awful.

The service is poor, they don't respect the clients. This is what creates a lack of competition when banks from other countries are not allowed into Ireland.

Terrible service, all I wanted to do is speak to someone in my local branch as business online could not assist with my query. Apparently that is not possible. I had to go through three different online departments, wait for almost half and hour to finally be told that they would provide me with an email address at which point the call dropped out entirely.
