It's impossible to deposit a check at the counter if the deposit machine isn't working. I think the woman at the counter didn't want to work and had something to think about tomorrow... She didn't even bother to say goodbye after I told her. So I said, "Not even goodbye?" and she ignored me. Customer service leaves much to be desired... absolutely no business sense. If you can't deposit a check at the counter in 2025, seriously, change banks.
