I have been a client of Mme Rothacker and the team at Nice Internationale for over 3 years and have had to navigate many challenges in my French life which includes buying an apartment and all the stress that comes along with that, Catherine and the team went above and beyond to help me all in my needs from Insurance help to setting up all my transfers and direct debits. BNP Nice Internationale are truly exceptional and this kind of white glove banking was very much needed and they are fluent in English which was essential for me initially , I look forward to many more years and 100% recommend them for all your banking and financial needs , with much gratitude Nigel F.

My banking experience has and is excellent with particular attentive care from Mme Rothacker who is not only knowledgeable to provide guidance she cares about the personal needs and is extremely responsive.

To call this bank an international office is a joke. They declined to give service in any other language than french. I have also been trying to close my account for ages, since I havent lived in France for 15 months now. This is literally the worst review I have ever given, and they deserve it. I do not encourage anyone to become their customer.
