An agency to avoid without hesitation! About a year after signing our loan, we requested a reduction in the loan rate because we realized it was usurious. The branch manager curtly told us that nothing would change. CIC did not respond to our registered letter. So we filed a lawsuit and won, as things were so clear. CIC had the foresight to not appeal, but is now reluctant to enforce the judgment. In the new payment schedule proposed by CIC to apply the new rate (the one decided by the Paris District Court's judgment), CIC forgot to subtract the interest already overpaid from the remaining principal. This means we're being reimbursed a second time, €15,000. It makes you wonder if this isn't outright fraud. Run away if you don't want to be offered a usurious loan and waste a lot of time in court simply to enforce your rights. A disaster! The machines are constantly out of order, and the staff only vaguely address the issues; they clearly don't care! On Saturday, February 28th, access to the machines was impossible… a serious lack of professionalism… avoid at all costs!
