absolute dreadful bank, been waiting for my money to be transferred to my London bank account and been waiting for months. Staff keep giving me the wrong information or sending me somewhere else when my mum is ill in France and no one seems to know how to do their job! I am still waiting for my money to be transferred and its been months. I do not recommend this bank to anyone!
I started trying to open a bank account here nearly 1 year ago, and keep receiving the same papers to fill out. 11 months have passed and I cannot make an appointment with a banker, or set up an account. Terrible service, unprofessional/under-qualified bankers.
Professional staff, very polite, the only drawback : they are very, very slow in money transfers, incredibly SLOW , you wouldn't believe it ! 🐮
