We applied to CIC for a mortgage and received excellent service. Thanks to their support, we were able to realize our project despite our young age. Special thanks to Cécile Harvey for her dedication, and to the receptionist for her invaluable advice.
Thank you to Mr. Cabuya Melo who prepared my mortgage application. He is a friendly and efficient person. I highly recommend this bank for mortgage financing. Mr. Cabuya Melo's speed and reliability are outstanding.
I was the victim of fraudulent withdrawals of €1,500 from my bank account, while my card was still in my possession. In accordance with Article L133-18 of the French Monetary and Financial Code, the bank is obliged to immediately reimburse the customer in the event of an unauthorized transaction. Despite my reports, my discussions with my advisor, and an official letter from the national police reiterating this point, CIC refused to compensate me. As a result, I have been placed in a difficult financial situation. I am currently seeking financial mediation, and my legal protection agency, MAAF, is handling this dispute. I will not hesitate to take legal action if necessary. I would like to remind you that the use of a PIN or chip does not constitute evidence of customer negligence (settled case law). CIC is therefore in clear violation of its legal obligations. Ineffective fraud department, lack of customer support, and total disregard for consumer rights. I recommend that customer
As a client for two years, I am deeply grateful to thank Ms. Halima-Salem and her predecessor once again for granting us our mortgage, without which we would never have been able to buy! Both professional and responsive, we always enjoy contacting our advisor with any questions. The welcome at the branch is also warm and pleasant. We are extremely satisfied, especially in a field where it is essential to have excellent support.
As a young business leader, it seems that the three most important things for a company are a good accountant, a good lawyer, and a good banker: look no further, ask Mr. Tartarin CIC Jean Macé!! A listening ear, unparalleled responsiveness, professionalism, and unfailing support, all with good humor and kindness. I never thought I'd recommend a banker, but I admit it's a great professional discovery!
