I had a very positive experience at this ING branch. I was assisted by Ms. Karolina Fajkowska and not only did she help me resolve my issue, but she treated me very well and I felt like a valued client. While my issue was being resolved, she kept me informed about the status of the process, and gave me a final call to confirm that my case had been resolved (successfully). The bank must be closing down because they closed the branch in Wilanów. Besides, it was cashless, so accessing your money there is quite a challenge and a significant expense! Time to change banks!

My eight-month-pregnant wife stood in line for about 15 minutes. There were no seats or any specific waiting area. The ladies saw it. The line was long, and one woman was serving while the other two were walking around laughing. Disaster. We left without getting anything done. Somehow, we managed to get the account authorization online.

Very fast and friendly service. To my surprise, they apologized for the five-minute wait and offered me coffee/tea. I will definitely be returning to this branch for my banking needs.
