This bank, particularly this branch is always found crowded. The queue is not long but the service is extremely slow. The staff at the bank works on their own speed, if at all there is a speed. Once the turn comes, the staff takes more than half an hour to resolve one single case. Therefore, even if you are in queue after three persons, it may take more than two hours for your turn to come. However, the security system of the banking is praiseworthy.

A great bank & location, 2 areas and slots of parking the car, just in walking distance to sadyba mall, Clean and large branch. Helpful team in the bank specially the president of the bank Mr. andrzej that if you make an appointment before will be taking a time and advise you greatly and very expertise with polish or english language. I believe that it’s the worst services I’ve met. Employees work super slowly and don’t speak English at all. For easy withdrawal of EUR I was waiting for 20 min! Try to avoid this place
