The website does not send an SMS to restore access to the Internet bank. In case of such a problem, they offer to call a support, but the support does not work on weekends. Why isn't support available 24/7? In my country, this is a normal standard of work. And here everyone is so "hard working" that even on weekends you can't find a doctor. Support should be available 24/7, not at the convenience of your local staff.

The only branch where you can withdraw cash. Cash is withdrawn by entering the side entrance of the building near the multi-story parking lot. Access by car is a bit complicated. Employees at this bank sometimes struggle to explain how to use the app. I was given a hard time, and they didn't explain anything to me about how to use the app, which resulted in my account being suspended and still hasn't been unblocked. I noticed from talking to their customers that they're a bit of a mess. A bank is a bank, no better or worse. Business customers don't complain about them.

Terrible customer experience. A significant ATM deposit resulted in an error message. The ATM physically accepted the money but didn't confirm the deposit. A complaint was filed immediately, on December 19, 2025. I still don't have the money in my account. Contacting the hotline ended with a message that they couldn't do anything and should forward the matter to an analyst. Two weeks without the money. There are no branches in our town; the nearest branch is 100 kilometers away. We couldn't obtain a simple certificate electronically, the bank refused to send it by post, so we had to travel 100 kilometers and take a day off work. Systematic increases in fees (paid transfers).
