I decided to create accounts for a firm in this bank. After waiting in the queue I asked the manager to open USD and PLN accounts. It took about 20 minutes, then the manager asked me to wait for 30 minutes for confirmation. Afterwards, it turned out that the USD account could not be opened at the specific address, so she redirected me the the office that can manage business accounts. So I had to visit another office another day. I wish she redirected me right away before wasting time. I cannot understand why potential bonuses for new account holders sacrifice great customer experiences. Rhetorical question. Not recommended for business users.
This department is just ok, people are quite friendly and polite. However they do not perform all the transactions (e.g. Temporary PKO was not working with Western Union and there was no information about it.
