I am always well received and well informed.

Really bad, I've been waiting for my bank card for three months. I blocked the first two cards I ordered, which I never received. And the third. It's really starting to get annoying to pay every month for a card that I don't receive. La Banque Postale is worse than it used to be. Plus, I still haven't been reimbursed for all the months I paid and didn't receive my card. Not sincerely.

Hello, I would like to thank the staff at the Cenon branch of La Banque Postale, on Avenue Roger Schwob, for their warm welcome and helpfulness. I especially want to thank Fred for patiently guiding me and resolving my online banking issue, which had kept me stuck on for three days. I recommend this branch, although the very diverse clientele sometimes lacks foresight regarding customer service. Best of luck to the team.
