They don't accept foreigners who don't speak French to open accounts. I'm a student here to learn French and wanted to open an account, but the staff had a bad attitude and said I could only open an account by speaking French or bringing a French-speaking friend. I'm a newcomer and have no friends.

Disappointed they would find any reason not to open you a bank account. Avoid.

I am a very dissatisfied customer. I have sent messages via the app and have received no response for over a week. The same is true for my letters to the Bordeaux financial center. Yet you are constantly sending emails. It's shameful not to respond. What are your criteria for deciding who to reply to?

La Banque Postale's telephone advisors are unpleasant. They don't let you talk to explain your problem, they interrupt you, and they don't listen. You have to get angry to get them to listen, and when they finally do, they make you look like an idiot. Worst customer service. USELESS and pathetic.

I never saw the premium when transferring my MaFrenchBank account (their service was aborted...) An error occurred when changing my PNO insurance, which caused me to pay for a duplicate contract. I'm still waiting for a refund... No commercial discount despite all these errors, the inconvenience, and the costs incurred. And on top of that, this Mrs. 'Lepape' finds a way to misspell my name in the automated response. Catastrophic...and so on...
