The worst post office and bank in France
I came in to change my address, bringing all the necessary documents. The request was not processed. The advisor was discussing personal matters with a colleague during my appointment. A lack of seriousness and professionalism. I do not recommend this agency.
An exasperating experience. La Banque Postale is without a doubt the worst bank I've ever used. There's only one queue for a single counter, with staff that are clearly understaffed. The wait is interminable, regardless of the time of day. This lack of organization and responsiveness is unacceptable for a bank that's supposed to provide essential services. Very disappointed.
