Catastrophic!!!! Unhelpful staff, the agency is often closed, no explanation (we don't know why), in short, I prefer to go to the town hall even if it's further away.
I'm leaving a review because of this new French Bank account, which is completely useless. They blocked my money without warning, and when I called customer service, they told me there was nothing they could do. They said the block was due to an unverified address after only three or four months of using the card. When I transferred all my money to this account, they told me I'd have to wait 10 days for a refund. It's frankly awful. I would never recommend this French Bank card, and new customers should avoid it.
This postal bank is useless in every service... It's always closed... 0 stars 👎👎👎
It says open 24/7 lol and in the picture it's closed
We were well received, safety rules were respected, barrier gestures were observed, etc.
