Illegal Refusal of Change of Address Hello, My parents, elderly people from Ukraine, visited your agency twice to request a change of address. The advisor refused the request, arguing that they needed to present the host's original ID card, which is not a legal requirement. We consider this refusal to be discrimination and ask you to update their address immediately.
Mr. Doré and Antony (the business advisor) are truly excellent. I received a very warm welcome from them, and even though I didn't have an appointment, they took the time to see me and answer my questions. In addition, there was also a lovely lady at reception who helped me with sending a package—she was very kind! It's a welcome change from other agencies I've visited.
I am a foreigner. What I have experienced at this branch is a prolonged and profoundly unjust humiliation. On May 28, 2025, I opened an account. Since then, I have received neither a Visa card, nor a working bank account number, nor any clear information. On June 3, an internal comment indicated that my file was incomplete—but no one ever informed me, even though I went to the branch almost every day during that period. On June 16, I brought all the original documents back in person. I was told everything was in order. Two weeks later, still nothing. Today, I am being asked to start all over again, as if I never existed. Even worse: during my last visit, an employee yelled at me in front of other customers.
