Customer oriented, polite and easy to communicate. That was my first visit and I wanted to open an account, all steps were clear and additional questions were answered. Manager helped me since I don’t speak polish so whole way was smooth, thank you for service)

I have just visited this office, my manager was Michal Kowalski. Answered all my questions, made my transfer. All came quick and polite. Highly recommend! Even spoke in English :)
Too bad quality of the service. It is the worst pko I have visited. Everything is so slow. I was next in the line, however I had to wait till 2 people were served as they know somebody from the bank. Wanted to open an account in that bank, as result left with nothing. Will go to other bank.
