The queue is terrible. 1 hr waiting while two windows are open. The faster and more effective operation of the branch is expected.

A few days ago I was lucky to be served by Mr Jacob Gra! I had some problems with withdrawing money from ATM, but Mr Jacob offered me his help, we changed the limits in IKO and operation was very smooth and successful!
