On Friday, October 4, 2024, I visited this branch in Zakopane. I chose this particular location because it is close to the Slovak border, where I previously resided, and I also expected that, being situated in a popular tourist destination, the bank staff would be able to communicate in English. My purpose was to cancel my PPK account and to add a personal bank account to which the funds could be transferred. This entire visit could have been avoided if the bank provided an online option to add a bank account—something that should be a standard service in the 21st century. Upon arrival, I was attended to by an employee named Marta W. Initially, she communicated with me in English, which I appreciated. I was putting euros in my account. And the employee told me. I do not accept this currency because it is written on it, knowing that I received it from the same bank, but another branch. Super
My deepest appreciation to Ms. Angelika for her patience, professionalism, and smile. As a regular customer of this bank, I've noticed that nothing has changed over the years, the same excellent level of service and assistance.
The woman at the counter saved me from financial disaster, and she did it with a smile worthy of a bank ad. If I could award points for patience, this branch would receive a 10/10. Thank you so much for your help and your smile :)
