I've had two dealings with the La Banque Postale branch on Rue Jean Jaurès in the past year. 1) A money transfer to Singapore. It took three weeks at the post office, and I had to call and complain to get them to do it. "You understand, it's complicated, we're not used to it." With Revolut: instant. 2) A transfer to a French bank for over €4,000. At La Banque Postale, anything over €4,000 requires a visit to the counter. It took more than five days. And to get them to do anything, I had to call and say it wasn't normal, because the financial advisor doesn't work on Wednesdays. It's simply not the customer's problem. The slogan "move with La Banque Postale" has never been more misleading. In conclusion, if you need banking services, run away!

The staff is extremely unpleasant. They make you wait over a week for an appointment, and once you finally get one, they demand non-essential documents using very inappropriate language. The reception is deplorable. Everyone complains about it. There's really nothing positive to say about this post office.
