Terrible phone service. I spent all day calling, and no one answered, or if I tried to call back, they hung up on me. I deposited money 24 hours later, and it's still not in my account, and you don't even bother to answer my phone. Never again! You deserve 0 stars.

Surprised by some of the reviews... ^^ The reception (both in person and by phone) was courteous, and I must say, always provided sound and professional advice. Disastrous telephone reception. Contact is never followed up. The people in charge of credit applications simply don't want to take on any more clients…they refuse them… Gentlemen, you have short memories and don't seem interested in gaining new, good clients???

Attentive advisors. Professionalism and speed in responses. For me, each bank (each branch...) depends above all on the staff who make up it. For the La Fayette and République branches, my opinion is made up: they are the best!!!
