The lady was rude and super unfriendly, I was feeling like I own you something and did something bad to her. Super unpleasant experience.
High level of customer service. I was welcomed by a friendly host with basic information first and redirected to the proper desk. Then Mrs Klaudyna answered all my detailed questions about the account. Thank you.
Great place! Excellent service and personal approach. I was very pleased with the help to foreigners, the Kasper consultant accompanies at all stages of registration, helps with translation and answers all questions. I recommend this department
I Have an excellent service provided by the staff. The staffs are very humble and calm. The best thing is, they hear my issues carefully and gave me best solution.
VERY bad experience. only a few of them speak English and one of the employees was so mean to me she was shouting in polish language about me and I couldn’t understand what she was saying. she really needs some communication skills .
