I encounter to visit this branch lately for my PPK documents & I was dazzled the amount of hospitality, help that I received during my visit especially from the lady working on desk 6. She was so helpful & even correct the document for me as it was in Polish. But I must say she is the asset for the bank & sincerely helpful. I wish her peers did saw this comment, because she deserved to be noticed. Cheers

Today I visited a PKO BP branch and encountered service that exceeded my wildest expectations! Ms. Monika Kepa welcomed me with a smile and the highest level of professionalism. She was incredibly patient, explaining the complexities of my case step by step, even though I asked many questions. Her empathy, thoroughness, and commitment made me feel completely taken care of. It's rare these days to meet such a competent and kind person! Thanks to Ms. Monika, everything was handled efficiently and with positive emotions. I wholeheartedly recommend this branch – I will definitely be back!

Today, I visited my bank branch on Żeligowskiego Street again, and once again, thanks to the professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge of my advisor, Ms. Iwonka, who manages my Aurum account, I left, as always, with my matter resolved positively and professionally. Friendly service, a willingness to help customers, and openness to my concerns as a customer are the hallmarks of my advisor, Ms. Iwonka, but I believe all the employees at this branch are equally dedicated to their customers, as I've also had the opportunity to use other branches of the bank, such as taking out a mortgage or handling other matters. I highly recommend this branch and the service I receive every time thanks to Ms. Iwonka. In these difficult times, it's probably one of the few places of its kind that cares about customers and offers professional service.
