Awful customer service. The worst experience I had with this bank.

I hate this bank. It's a nightmare trying to contact them if you have a problem or need to do anything with your account; they take money without warning... I literally feel like I'm being held hostage by them. It's the worst customer experience of my life; it's so much simpler with Crédit Mutuel, Crédit Agricole, or even online banks like Boursorama or N26. Goodbye!

Meeting with Mr. H… short beard, glasses, and a first name starting with an L – very pretentious, there you have it, a very bad experience. He must think he's the director, certainly. A BNP customer for 40 years, an Infinite customer who probably doesn't mean much to this bank, what a shame…

My family has been a customer for three generations now. My first problem was when I was late repaying my student loan, and my advisor called my father (who was the guarantor) directly, without bothering to contact me first. My most recent problem was when I wanted to close my account: I sent them a registered letter with the request, the letter was signed, and I didn't think about it again. Until I realized they hadn't closed my account when I asked them to, and a year later, with the automatic withdrawals, they're demanding €392. I contacted them, sent all the supporting documents with the registered letter, but "they can't do anything." As a result, they administratively closed my bank account and had my debt bought outright by a debt collection agency, so I no longer have any recourse or contact person. It's not about the amount, it's about the principle. They made a mistake, won't admit it, and are going to make me pay for it. In short, I strongly advise against using them.
