So there! Well done, a little lost with my bank card which doesn't work very well to make a withdrawal, I decided to go directly to the Bnp which is not my regular bank, I am in Guebwiller. A lady greets me with a smile, immediately puts me at ease, tries with me to withdraw money but nothing. Immediately she goes to plan B with one of her colleagues who immediately takes care of my problem. After a few minutes finally the solution was found. Well done to the whole team it's really nice. Just to go to the bank paid parking. shame.
