BNP Paribas - Saint Louis 3 Avenue de Bâle Saint-Louis

Denied me service because my French is not good. The banker girl went in the back to talk to her colleagues, they giggled while the banker was making gesticulations with her hands after I asked to open a French bank account (I live here), then she came back telling me her colleague said they can not provide service unless I spoke French. I could hear through their English they are capable of communication - just probably didn’t want to. Strange for such a multinational area like the triborder. Made me feel unwelcome.

I want to testify that my experience with Emilien de Zordi from BNP Paribas Saint Louis has been excellent. I applied to a mortgage for buying a flat in Saint Louis via a broker, who connected me to M. de Zordi. Although the process is long and complex, he made things easy for me from the first appointment to the signature. Moreover, he provided great add ons to reasonable pricing that complement m'y mortgage. M. de Zordi has demonstrated customer obsession via emails, calls and last minute appointments. For us non-residents in France, all of the above is to be appreciated. I definitely recommend his services and BNP Paribas Saint Louis.

My last appointment was great! Mrs. BAH is an amazing representative for BNP Paribas. She was able, in about 10 minutes, to help me with a loan and upgraded my account. She was also kind enough to have our meeting in English. As long as Mrs. BAH is apart of BNP Paribas, I will be a loyal customer. She is five stars!!

Great experience. Quick, efficient, modern, and up to date bank. Madame Salamata and other staff were nice. Her English language helped when my French failed me.

Master student in Finance, I confirm that this bank doesn't know at all how to their job, they actually don't do no job at all, doesn't take care of customers at all, because of very ill, incompetent staff. Disapointing on every level, so run while you can.
