Wanted to transfer my tax to the bank. Everything is way too complicated. I was there on Monday and I was promised that I would receive a post on Thursday for payment orders. Now it's Saturday and nothing has come. I always felt like I was a nuisance.
Hai have been a customer for X years. I was always served politely and informed. Personal Top will not switch to any other branch so quickly. Greetings and BANZAII... ?
They're a bit stubborn, but I could always have what I wanted. A telephone call in advance is enough to have no worries at the counter. However, anyone who behaves antisocially and stupidly as a customer will be turned away, I think that's quite right. H. G. Alain Gerber
Loses payment orders that I handed in at the counter and then later says "Just bring them back to us." Unhelpful.
