I made an appointment by phone two weeks prior, arrived on the day, and left much sooner than I expected. Setting up a real estate investment company (SCI) was impossible. The advisor on the phone couldn't tell me directly, wasting time for both the bank and myself.
At the end of the year, they told me to go to the bank next door. I should mention that I've been a BNP Paribas customer for 5 years 🤣 Really not great service like that.
I went there today at 2:30 pm to deposit a check and the shutters were closed, even though online it clearly states that it is open until 7 pm.
Even 1 star is way too much. I don't think there are any great banks, but this one is definitely one of the worst.
I regret the departure of Ms. Gerigny, a very responsive and professional advisor!
