This branch should be avoided. I couldn't resolve the issue of linking a card to my account to pay with my digital key. Even the branch managers can't solve such a simple problem. Your advisor spends all their time at the counter or is working at another branch. Ultimately, if they're not there, the other managers are usually busy with video calls, leaving no one to resolve your issues. You're left with no other option than the counter, where the poor staff member is under immense pressure with 10 customers waiting for even the smallest problem that lasts more than 5 minutes. After 20 years at the Yutz branch, how can I continue with this kind of operation?! A huge disappointment for me!!!
