I can't figure out what my bank's Swift code is. 8 letters, then 3 x's, which is what it should be. Why use BIC?
Lately, the service level has gone from excellent to disastrous. My credit card doesn't work in France—oh yes, we know, but that's how it is. If you want, you can give up the card. The ATM doesn't work, that's not our problem.
