Where are the ATMs?!!! How can they treat customers like this, depriving them of cash? We should consider closing our accounts at this bank. I've been quite happy with the service so far, but this is unacceptable!

Instead, I was redirected to Card Stop with no proper guidance or support. This situation left me without access to my own funds for over a week. My daughter moved to the US and the bank just blocked her access to her account via the app and the web. They are telling her :’ Les US résidents , n’ont pas le droit d’avoir accès au easy banking app ou easy banking web . Ceci est la loi américainé,’ which is simply untrue! They should be offering my daughter the possibility of a non-resident account instead of telling lies! It’s unheard of!

Very bad and slow service! Every time I go there, no one speaks Dutch. The receptionist was the worst ever!

I'm forced to give one star, but... the most inefficient customer service I've ever experienced. They schedule appointments, then don't keep them. On the phone, they pretend not to hear the customer's concern (immediate check, the phone is working fine), hang up, leaving the customer without any contact... in short, every tried-and-tested technique to avoid honoring their appointments. At this point, it's not just incompetence, it's an art form.
