On Sunday afternoon, December 17th, around 3:45 PM, I was unpleasantly surprised to find that the agency door only opened from the outside. I had to knock on the window for a passerby to let me in. Please check the security system in the future.
I have been a client of the agency since 2006 and frankly I couldn't have received better service. I am very grateful. They listen and have answered all my questions.
