A disastrous banking experience with BNP Paribas. They promise you convenience, but it disappears overnight under the pretext of 'security'. The result: it's impossible to pay online. On the first attempt, the payment is declined as if it were fraud; if you try again, the card is immediately blocked. The same scenario in-store: after two or three purchases, my card is blocked as if I were a fraudster. Instead of helping, customer service makes things even more annoying. On the online chat, I'm simply advised to 'come back later and try again'... but on the second attempt, the chat automatically cuts off, and there's no trace of the conversation. As for the complaint form on their website, it appears for barely two seconds before disappearing: there's no way to seriously file a complaint. It honestly feels like the bank is deliberately preventing negative reviews and blocking complaints. Even the staff at La Poste, even though it was acquired by BNP Paribas, are subjected to this contem

To add to "MLD's" comment from a year ago, we received a very poor reception during our appointment to open a joint account with my mother. Before my appointment with the bank, I made an "information" appointment to get all the information needed to open a joint account with my mother since we are part of the same household and want to use this method to pay bills, rent and groceries. The first advisor, very understanding and pleasant, informed us that there was no problem opening this account with my mother but that we would have to make another appointment. So we went to the appointment the following week with one of your advisors, whose name I won't mention because she will recognize herself.
