One star is too much for them. Staffs are rude. When they see you are a foreigner everything gonna be worst. I don’t wanna say they are racist but they are not good with foreigners. Just barbara Tomassini is a nice and patient and friendly staff. She is different than others.

I had a problem with my online banking profile and asked the branch staff for help. They were helpful, kind, and supportive, and they solved the problem by going above and beyond their call of duty. A branch where you feel protected and supported.

The employee immediately after entering the building isn't at all welcoming. Instead of saying "wait," he uses hand signals, which isn't acceptable in the business world. Perhaps it would be better if he communicated this way in his home country.

The worst UniCredit branch in Italy. I have a company across the street from this branch, and unfortunately, I have to use their services daily. Very often, the branch reopens after the lunch break with systematic delays. Customers are often denied entry during opening hours, supposedly to empty the cash register... I wonder... wouldn't it be smarter to do it during closing hours? It looks more like a game center than a bank. The external counter for deposits and withdrawals is constantly out of order... the manager... forget it... Professionalism is lacking in this branch... Terrible, I'd say...

Have you ever walked into a bank and found a consistently different and/or unfamiliar advisor waiting to greet you? Have you ever tried to blindly trust (but sometimes it's almost mandatory) the advisor on duty? These situations often happen, and I've been there too... Then, fate would have it, my situation changed. I've now been with the same advisor for a good ten years; and I can say, with absolute certainty, that I've found a person who is always present and available, dedicated to her work, responsible, kind, and human. Maria Cristina Ridolfi, always ready to answer any questions with meticulous expertise, is the collaborator who knows how to give you the right advice without having to add anything beyond the highest level of politeness and patience, rarely found in other similar ones. She has changed branches three times in this period, arriving at the Rome-Ponte Lungo branch. This branch, admittedly, isn't the largest, nor is it luxurious, but what adds value and makes you appre
