worst bank. I had an appointment for creating account. They said we are going to vaccations we can't open your account today. They told me to come after 10 days
They are the worst bank office! I was studying in Rome for one semester and before I lived the country I closed my account, but two years after they are still charging me...I was trying to reach them by phone and email and still nothing...
GooD Work
I've been a customer for a few years now, and I have to say the staff is always very friendly. Francesca and Claudia are two very kind and helpful consultants.
The branch is poorly managed, the staff is slow and uninterested. The ATM outside is often broken, and it's very difficult to withdraw money inside! It's also impossible to get inside because the door is always locked. There's no comparison to the Orlando branch! And even the one on Via dello Statuto is much more convenient.
