UniCredit 40 Via dello Statuto Roma

Me & My colleauge arrived at the Victoria branch today as per the appointment through online. We were really surprised, Madam ilaria Ceccarossi, she showed her intelligence and opened an account for us very easily. Although we were not aware of this matter, Because if you need to stayed in italy for worked you have to must be need a bank account. she explained every point to us and answered all our known and unknown questions with patience. She truly deserves praise. we're happy to be a membar of unicredit.

ATM ate my card, only support available was a robot in Italian. Any English speaking support has to be done over email.

Wouldn’t accept my card. Said it “wasn’t activated”. Worked at another ATM down the street

This is the worst filiale of UniCredit near termini I advise not to do your transaction here.. employees are useless even the bosses..I waited for 2 1/2 hours for a certain transaction..even if im just the second in queu.. when its my turn they keep on transfering me send from 1 employee to another just to entertain other person because it takes time for them.. its not ethically correct even if the reason is the printer..taking time to print.. which is not my problem is your Bank problem... technically.. they dont know how to treat their clients well

Hands down the worst banking institution I have ever seen. We waited 45 mins to simply change American dollars to Euros. We never got any help!
